Learning Tai Chi

Why learn Tai Chi? It may be, that you simply want to learn Tai Chi in order to learn relaxation. In this case, after just a couple of lessons and a little practice at home during your free time, you’ll start to reap the benefits and feel more relaxed, healthier, and more energized. During the class, you’ll learn some warm-up exercises and also a Tai Chi Form. If you would like to understand what Form’s are, then a good place to start would be at the Dragon River website.

All classes are run by Dave Ashbey. Dave has been practicing Tai Chi since 1993 and still regards himself as a student. He approaches teaching in a relaxed manner that will put you very much at ease. He has a good sense of humour which should at the very least put a smile on your face. He qualified as an instructor in Tai Chi for Health in 2014. Consequently, he is now able to teach Tai Chi techniques for Arthritis, Falls Prevention, and Diabetes.
